Dear Sir
We are planning to reach Hospet on 10th July and have darshan of
Nava Brindavan. I have a no of questions to ask:
1. We are staying
in Hotel Mayura Bhuvaneshwari at TB Dam and will be reaching hotel at
8 a.m. How to go to Anegundhi as well as Nava Brindavan. We have time upto
9 p.m to return to hotel. How to return to hotel from Anegundhi/Nava
Brindavan?
2. Next morning we are catching Dadar-Chennai Express at
Guntakal. The train comes to Guntakal at 11-15 a.m. How best can we
reach Guntakal? Are there direct buses from Hospet to Guntakal? If not, are
there frequent buses to Bellary and frequent buses from there
to Guntakal? How much time will it take to reach Guntakal from Hospet?

1. Hospet to gangavathi then go to anegundi
(aprox 2 hr)
or
go to hampi then
anegundi

2.
refer this
http://apsrtc.gov.in/TIME-TABLES/Guntakal.htm

both are
different states but timing i am not sure. just enquire there.

ELSE better go
to raichur or mantralayam road station which is karnataka. then u can get the
same train an hour before.

raichur or guntakal is short from navabrindavanam
than hospet.

You can visit the temple till 6 in the evening. I believe priests will be there
till 12 in the afternoon from Ragavendra mutt and in the afternoon other priests
will be avaialbe for sometime. However you can visit the temple till 6 in the
evening.I am not sure about the accomodation in the Mutt. If not available, you
can stay in either Gangavati or in Hospet where lot of hotels available.

Hi,

You can reach to hampi/gangavathi. From there u can reach easily to

Thanks Mr.Jai. I plan to come on my vehicle. The roads are found to reach
hospet . Please suggest me whether i should reach hospet from Chitradurga or can
i reach Gangavati in any other route. Whether Mutt has any provision like rooms
for stay or any normal hotels nearby to stay ? Also whether the timings are
suitable at this period as I find info that I need to enquire in advance before
planning a visit. I am planning to reach there by this friday (13/Mar/09)
evening.
rajendiran   |2009-03-11 10:19:26

Mr. Jai,
I had a talk with Mutt. Due to Aradhana, there is no
accomodation feasible. They suggested to reach Gangavati for hotel. can
you suggest me some options on this also ?
Thanks
in advance.

thanujanoogala@yahoo.com   |2008-07-21 11:46:03
Hi,

To reach Navabrindavanam by Train:

GO to Tirupati by Tirupati Express
from Chennai.
Take Haripriya Express from Tirupati to Hospet(But the train goes
further not sure about the destimation).
Get down at Hospet take a taxi to
Anegundi which is 40Kms away approximately or else the Bus which goes to
Gangavati.

By Road:

From Chennai, take Bangalore highway. Once reached
Bangalore, take the highway towards Pune. It reaches Tumkur from there take the
deviation towards Chitradurga. Once reached Chitra Durga, then ask for the
highway towards Sholapur. When travelling towards SHolapur, Hospet comes first
and if u cross another 10 Kms there will be a deviation to Anegundi.

If i get
the route map probably i will post it.
